Shipping Policy

• Shipping Costs: Shipping starts at $7 USD ($12 CAD) and will vary depending on the destination.

• Responsibility for Packages: I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

• Return Orders: Orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur an additional shipping fee. I am not responsible if the shipping company deems the provided address incorrect.

• Duties and Fees: I am not responsible for any duties or fees. These charges are beyond my control, and I cannot predict their amount.

Return and Refund Policy

• Final Sale: All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted as each item is unique or a custom order that was approved prior to final payment.

Custom Items

• Payment: Custom items will not be worked on until payment is received.

• Production Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for production of custom items (most items will be made live with you). Once the final items are approved, they will be shipped within the next 2 to 3 business days.
